How do I book an appointment?
Browse parlours, select your preferred one, choose a date and time that works for you, then confirm your booking. You'll receive a unique token number for tracking.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes! You can cancel or reschedule pending or accepted bookings directly from your booking history. Simply click on the booking and choose your action.
How do I track my booking status?
Use the Track Booking feature with your unique token number to see real-time status updates. The page refreshes automatically every 30 seconds.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept both cash and online payments. All payments are managed directly at the parlour. Your wallet balance can also be used for bookings.
